BBC has a knack for producing enjoyable comedies in great setting. The devious play on words is divine and the mix of characters works extremely well.

A lighthearted fun filled several hours for these unfortunate times.

The inept crew of The Spaceship blunders across the cosmos in an interesting and fun way. There is a narrator who breaks the third wall (this is audio, right?), a thoroughly incompentant and inane leader, an aggressive and sexy weapons officer, star crossed (and frustrated) lovers and a scientist with a dark side to deal with the various unexpected contingencies thrown up in the far nether regions of space. Highly recommended if you are into the rare kind of weirness of Arthur Dent, Profs. Quanderhorn, Nebulous (are there any others in this mold?).
